Updates and Reminders
Sorry folks for being a little late in the updates this month, but we have a lot of exciting stuff coming up for winter! Hope that everyone is doing well as we steady approach the end of the semester.
First things first, a big shout to the Google Dev club who we helped host their Firebase workshop. They’re a fantastic club for anyone who is interested work with the Google development environments. Look out for more of their events in the future!
Next up, a quick reminder that our yearly Hackaton is coming up next semester, so keep a look out for updates on that front. As always you can keep up to date with us on our discord and instagram as well as these newsletters.

Feeling stress? Come relax for a day before the final push at our movie night! It’ll be this Friday at 5 pm in ST 128. We’ll have pop, popcorn and be watching Star Wars Episode III. So come down and chill for a night!

App Prototype Testing Session
November 27, 3:30PM – 5:30PM in TI Studio B
Join in on the prototyping experience and visit our final CPSC 575 app testing session of the semester! From paper to pixels, senior year computer science student teams have worked tirelessly over the past 3 months to get their apps ready for the App Store. Before publishing our apps, we need YOU to give them a full test drive! Usability testing is one of the most important parts of any software development and will help catch pesky bugs early. Meet some of U of C’s most talented app developers and don’t miss out on this fun space for app action!
