Women in Computer Science Tea feat. Benevity
Monday 24 February 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
ICT 508 (5th floor Lounge)
Come socialize with other female undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty members in Computer Science! We’ll have tea and light snacks. We have also invited several female developers from Benevity (https://www.benevity.com/) to attend and share what it’s like to be a practicing software developer in industry. They’ll be sharing a bit more about what Benevity does, what various software/technical roles look like in the company, and will be available to address any questions you may have about working in computer science beyond university.
If planning to attend, please RSVP to lora.oehlberg@ucalgary.ca
